Shipping policy

All packages are shipped using The United States Postal Service  (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Once packages leave our facility and are handed to the mail carrier, we are no longer responsible for the failure of delivery. All disputes will have to be done through USPS or UPS. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to get delivered. Shipping takes place Monday- Friday (not including federal holidays).
